No,No,No,Yes,Yes,Yes: Some will say "No,no,you'll bleed to death!" Others, "No,no, it will delay healing!" Others, "Yes,yes it will suppress inflammation and pain!" And I say it's probably all true: You'll bleed to death painlessly before your teeth heal. So what to do? Use Tylenol (acetaminophen). It's just as good as naproxen for most pain, as far as I'm concerned. But better: call your dentist, I'm sure he's been asked this before!
