Not necessarily bad: leukocytes in urine and any urinary symptom would strongly imply a urinary tract intfection. Many of the most commonly used antibiotics go out in the urine. they are like doubling your salt intake and often pull out water and cause more urination as they are going thru you and out the kidney. This isn't abnormal. While it can be kidney damage or diabetes causing increased urination youd be sicker.
