Have high wbc like its 13.35.my doc didnot give me any antibiotic and also my cep is 3.96 what can it be?

Not high.: Wbc is only minimally elevated. An elevated white count does not = infection. This could be due to a multitude of causes. Your doc would only give you antibiotics if he thought you had an infection that would respond to antibiotics. I think you mean crp. This is also a low level elevation and very non specific. No treatment generally necessary.
