I have purple toes on both feet for several months. They turn back to pink when I keep my feet up but returns when I stand or sit.
When I sit down or stand up in the same position my toes turn purple. When I walk they turn back to the normal colour. I do not have any pain or tingling in my feet. What could be the reason for this?
My feet are always cold. I dont have raynauds, all blood tests came back fine for iron, ferritin, etc. I take vitamin c for iron absorption. If I dont wear socks, my toes will turn purple. Ive had this all of my life. Hands get cold too. Advice?
