Can not diagnose: this using this forum. Although this could be a problem with your maxillary sinus - it is very important to have this medically evaluated by a dentist promptly. You could have an abscess which could spread to contiguous structures or seed the blood stream.

Cheek Pain: It is sometimes difficult to pinpoint the exact source of pain in that area, as many regions are innervated by the same nerves. A more thorough clinical and radiographic exam must be performed. It may be a single tooth or multiple teeth, and there may be sinus involvement. Please consult with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

See any dentist ASAP: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by draining it and getting rid of the infection. See any dentist ASAP.

Contact your dentist: See your dentist immediately. The dentist will perform a clinical and possible radiographic examination to ascertain if your problem is of dental etiology. If there is no dental issues, you may be referred to an ENT to check your sinus, or referred to your primary care MD.
