Pressure/pain: Just pushing on a tooth should not elicit a painful response. You should not be able to wiggle/move a tooth with just your fingers. Please call your Dentist for help before your problem gets out of hand.

A few thoughts..: You may have a cavity, you may have a cracked tooth. Please see your dentist.

See Dentist: At your age, things may still be moving around if the biting forces are not yet well distributed. It is normal to be able to move a tooth a little bit with finger pressure, but not much. If you have a tooth which hits another tooth in the opposite jaw with too much pressure, this can cause the sensitivity you describe. It may also cause muscle pain in your cheek.See your Dentist and check the bite.
