It can: In fact, if you lose enough weight and are hood about eating healthy and exercising, it's possible that your blood pressure could become low if you are still on medications.

It could.: Weight loss, DASH diet (low salt, high fiber/magnesium/calcium/potassium),and cardiovascular exercise can help to lower the blood pressure, hopefully to the point that you can come off medication. Not a guarantee, but a possibility.
