Throat: you should go the er today. could have a tonsillar abscess or swelling of the epiglottis make sure they call an ent in to look down your throat

Need: evaluation. Viral infections could be possible however having a golf ball in the throat with distortion of voice raises other possibilities like abscess and tumor
