Anything: Without other symptoms reported, it is hard to direct you to the appropriate treatment or make more or loss right diagnosis. Anxiety which is known to cause the sensation of strangling in the throat and "heart pain" would mostly fit your description, but again, it's only a guess given no detailed history.
