Hard to know: As a homeopath I'm quite certain that individual remedies when chosen appropriately are safe & effective;over 200 years of research & experience confirms this.However, there's no research showing the combination remedies you mention are effective. They're certainly safe & likely work for some people,but I tend to prescribe individual remedies & I don't have experience to know if these combos work.
