Not very good: fertility rates are increased but much less than without PCOS (ten percent per year pregnancy. might be optimistic) Furthermore, complciations of pregnancy are PROBABLY decreaed with metformin http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23886298
