See a cardiologist: LAD refers to "left axis deviation" and can be due to changes related to hypertension, cardiac conduction abnormalities, and other conditions. There are varying degrees of LAD. It does not always indicate potential cardiac disease, but getting an evaluation from a cardiologist is a good idea to be sure that risk factors for future possible problems can be identified and treated.
