Confusion: Unlikely. You may be experiencing worsening of your anxiety disorder with somaticization. I dont see any link between a root canal 3 years ago and the symptoms you report. You likely have forced your doctors to perform a myriad of tests which have been undoubtedly negative for any organic pathology. Are you under the care of a mental health professional? Are you on any medications?

No relations: There are absolutely no relations between the symptoms you are experiencing and the root canal three your ago.

Irrelevant, Anxiety: Anxiety symptoms are not a sign of illness, they are the mind's ability to produce the flight or fight response which gives rise to many physiological changes include body pains, confusion, dizziness, dry mouth, aphasia, tremor and headaches. Depending on the cause of your anxiety symptoms, your health care provider can recommend appropriate treatment.

Get it checked: It is not mercury. Dental amalgam does not cause those symptoms. It could be a recurrent infection or a TMJ problem. If you haven't done so, please have it checked by a dentist. Good Luck
