Nicotine sensitivity: possible. Best to stop smoking altogether, and hydrate with water as much as possible too, as having a headache can be a sign of mild dehydation too.

Some are sensitive: New smokers frequently get headache, nausea, dizziness and literally turn green after a cigarette. It sounds like you are sensitive. Listen to your body and don't smoke.
