Ask doctor: cyst on an ovary are very common and if not causing you pain, can be ignored. An erosion of the tailbone might also be asymptomatic and its meaning is unclear to me so you will have to ask your doctor. With all the new imaging we find many things that are hard to explain. To prevent law suits, doctors will want to follow them to help prevent a legal action if cancer or problems develop.

MRI: What you are mentioning are incidental radiographic findings of probably no consequence. Why are you having MRI during your pregnancy? do they suspect a problem with the fetus? MRI does not produce ionizing radiation and there is no risk of exposure. Do you have pain on sitting? Was there trauma? is there suspected Glomus tumor of coccyx? Why is this erosion "worrisome" to your doctors?
