Chronic fatigue: This is a diagnosis of exclusion. There is no actual confirming test for it. You have a constellation of psychiatric diagnosis and are already under doctor's care. I would advise against any procedure that is not medically necessary in your condition as it may exacerbate your symptoms.

No: Since this disorder does not have a proven cause but likely reflects some disorder of the immune system and many central nervous system symptoms, it would be unwise to undertake a tattoo which adds another variable to your condition. When an exact cause and treatment is found there is a better basis for making a decision.
