Cramps: If you are concerned about pregnancy, it would be unlikely but possible. Check home pregnancy test. I note you are vomiting, have blurry vision and your blood pressure is elevated. These are not normal. If these symptoms persist get checked by your provider. Possible you could have some other abdominal problem.
