Often?...: Does this happen often, or in other words,are these symptoms have been happening with your period for a while? If so anti-inflammatory meds(ibuprofen, naproxen) couple of days before and during your period can help.If not effective then you will need to see your GYN provider for possible birth control pills prescription which can also help with this problem.They can also do a formal exam and tests
