I am awaiting a hcg test to come back because my doctor said i could possibly be pregnant, im showing signs like enlarged breasts, nausea, etc. but i started bleeding this morning and it felt like cramps, could i be pregnant?

Possibly..: Why don't you go to the drug store and buy one of those inexpensive urine pregnancy tests. They aren't 100% perfect but close enough that hospitals rely on them for screening for pregnancy.
