Woman, 39 years old. for 18 months: heavy menstrual bleeding, bleeding between periods, cramps, low back pain. since 1 month: urge to defecate after every meal, diarrhoea. doctor found something in uterus, he did not name it. cancer symptoms?

Your question is directed to the 2 different sets of symptoms. One is abnormal uterine bleeding which requires full attention of your gynecologist and the other is GI symptoms which are probably unrelated. The answers as to the cause will require a Pelvic ultasound examination of your uterus to rule out any cause such as Cancer.
