Memory: Curious you remember a specific memory loss. However, I see you have had an MRI and that would exclude stroke. Thoughts: hormonal (thyroid), substances (alcohol, marijuana etc., EMF/cell phone, diet : hyglycemic diet harmfull, also lack of fats (yes lack of fats brain needs cholesterol), To Do: Eat right, Exercise, Stop Multitasking, good night sleep, brain games. Talk to your doctor.

Nothing: You would have to have had a memory test previously to measure this and if you don't it is just a subjective feeling. Your doctor can do a memory test for you now and get your current baseline to reassure you. The test only takes a few minutes
