Her whole body: Besides the normal heart lungs ears mouth eyes abdomen etc. She should have a whole body skin exam to make sure there are no pigmented moles that should be followed. Her external genitalia will be looked at to see that she is in an appropriate state of puberty, and her back should be screened for sciolosis. Typically a gown is given to cover above the waist, and a sheet to cover below the waist
