Yes: Are you getting restful sleep? Are you sleeping 7-8 hours nightly? Are you drinking enough fluids? Are you getting regular exercise? Are there foods that bother your stomach, and do you eat them close to your bedtime? Have you had these headaches before, and what did you do that successfully cleared them up? Hope that helps.
