Scalp hematoma: This is probably a hematoma of the scalp. The trauma of the shoe caused some bleeding under your scalp - it is now contained (under the skin) and causing pain. It should go down over time.

Bump: A warm compress should take care of the bump, unless there is persistent headache , dizzyness, nausea, in this case a doctor evaluation is needed to rule out concussion
