Could be ..: Tendonitis of the long head of the biceps, but with limited information it's hard to say. If it is that bothersome, you should be evaluated in person. Otherwise, in the meanwhile try to avoid lifting >5lbs but still keep going through a range of motion and use ice packs when it hurts.

Biceps Tendonitis: Probably a strain and inflammation of the biceps tendon. Topically you could apply Arthritis cream with capsicum twice a day for 2-6 weeks. (don't get it in the eye). If your stomach and kidneys are stable then Aleeve twice a day for 2 weeks might be enough, along with home massage of the area and ice for 20 minutes daily.
