Yes: Get the ibuprofen pediatric suspension and follow the directions on the label. Probably just important is to make sure the child is adequately hydrated. If their wedding diapers the probably doing good. You can also alternate the ibuprofen suspension with Tylenol (acetaminophen) every two hours if the child is really running a high fever. Tepid water baths are also helpful to lower body heat.
