Unlikely: Lead paint, lead pipes, and the like, may result in an increased lead level -- but it is not something that stays with you forever. In general, lead poisoning or toxicity has to have a sudden large insult, or a prolonged, low level of exposure of years. Unless you were licking the paint, your exposure risk is probably very low.
