I have incredible pain in the lower intestine after eating to the point i cannot walk or drive any ideas what it is and what i can do to avoid it ?

Abdominal pain: Make a list of each and every symptom and the times they appear and their relationships to each other and to your dietary intake. Then take this with you along with a prior medical history and all your medications to a gastroenterologist and have them thoroughly evaluate you. This is quite abnormal, and if the pain is that severe you should go ASAP. Best wishes.
