Bowel motion: This is a problem firstly do you have any prolapse, or hemorrhoids. This will almost always give you this problem. Secondly I would suggest that you use something like a bidet. You can in fact get ones that fit right over the toilet seat or they are built into the seat. Use this it will keep you clean
