Yes: There is nothing about either one of those medications that should stop you from maintaining your usual exercise routine. However, if you still have significant symptoms (for which you are taking those medicines in the first place), then perhaps it is best to give your body a few days of rest.

Yes: Exercising is safe on those meds. There is some evidence of tendon compromise with prednisone, so try and avoid any sort of heavy weight lifting until off of the steroid. Hope this helps!

Yes: Rather than doing sit ups or crunches, you go do isometric exercises which won't impinge on the baby or hurt your back. Use inhaler: Once your asthma symptoms has been well controlled except for exercise-induced bronchospasms, an additional 2-3 puffs of albuterol/xopenex inhalation 10 minutes before exercise should be helpful.

No: A the present time spiriva is only indicated for use in patients with copd. Based on how the medication works and what causes exercise-induced asthma, it is not likely that spiriva would give any significant relief to those symptoms.
