Antihistaminics: You may use over the counter anti-histaminics, especially the non-drowsy ones, like loratadine (claritin) or cetirizine (zyrtec). use daily during your allergy sea on. It takes a week to feel full relief. You may use the ones with decongestants if you do not have high blood pressure, heart problems or pregnant, also OTC nasal steroids (nasacort) can help
