Maybe: it could be a stomach problem, gall bladder or esophageal reflux are most common. Your doctor will want to know about your sleep, appetite, exercise, mood, and if you have anger. Anxiety and depression are fellow travellers. if it is anxiety medication may be indicated, but you need more information to determine how to approach it

Most likely: Chest pain in a 23 year old is very unusual for it to be the real thing -- i.e. Coronary artery disease from cholesterol build-up. Probably is anxiety as u know your dad had CABG. BUT if you are diabetic and/or known obesity and/or excess LDL, then chest pain can be real. BUT if you are healthy, young, fit individual without major risk factors then ought not to be coronary artery disease.
