A member asked:

M58, may i talke norvasc 10 mg, zocor (simvastatin) 10 mg and glucophage 500 mg at the same time? is there any interaction

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Norvasc increases zocor (simvastatin) levels thus the maximum recommended dose of zocor (simvastatin) when also taking Norvasc is 20 mg but you're okay with that. However, you should take zocor (simvastatin) in the evening to maximize its benefit, whereas, generally, glucophage is usually taken during the day. You can take the Norvasc anytime.
