See your doctor.: If you have persistent symptoms, despite taking Nexium (esomeprazole) twice a day for eight months, then you need further testing to determine what your problem is, and what further could be done for it. Perhaps an endoscopy would help elucidate the cause of your symptoms. Good luck.
