Abdominal pain: There are many possible reasons why you are having this pain. Some of these reasons could be infectious but they could also be some sensitivity to certain foods. Difficulty with breaking down certain proteins, such as lactose in dairy, can give you cramps and pain after you eat it. Start with a food diary of everything you eat and when the pain starts to get a better idea of what you are doing.
