Keep diary: It will be helpful when you see your doctor to have a record of at least you last 3 periods so that he can see pattern. You may not be ovulating every month and this is your problem. YOur needs as a ptient also have to be considered. Birth control pills will make your periods more regular, both other pills can be used as well depending on your fertility needs.
