Many symptoms...: Headaches, bloating, increased appetite, constipation, tiredness... Are a lot of symptoms and should be checked out by a primary care doctor. If the symptoms are severe enough, the doctor may also order some blood tests, laxatives, urine tests, etc... There could be many many causes of such symptoms, and they don't have to be related to hormonal imbalances or to menstrual patterns.
