Insomnia: Discuss with your doctor. Snore/heavy? Consider sleep apnea/ thyroid/reflux eval. Avoid caffeine. Good sleep hygiene, with warm bath, glass of milk(has tryptophan a sleep inducer) 1 hour before bedtime, dark,cool room without TV/interruption, regular bedtime, relaxing music ( or tapes could even be wave/waterfall sounds). Lavender sachets/tea,B6 have been said to help.Discuss with your doctor
