Lymph nodes: This is probably referring to lymph nodes and, unless they are enlarged, probably not related to the underlying problem. Given your age, you should have been worked up for a clotting disorder. If that has not occurred you should see a hematologist. Another cause of repeat PE/DVT in your age group is May Thurner syndrome. If you have left leg swelling/DVT, you should asked your doctor about this.
