Hopelessly vague: "Significant changes" is about as nonspecific as you can get, not just in MRIs, but in almost anything in medicine or outside it. There's absolutely no way to render a judgment about your MRI based on it. MRIs can "change" in any of a dozen different ways. Also re your other post, patients aren't "referred" to a neuroradiologist unless an angiogram or interventional procedure is planned.
