Possible : Anxiety can cause cause you to breathe more rapidly which can theoretically cause visual changes. So can anxiety meds. If you are breathing normally and are on no meds, halos & glare most often due to need for new glasses, dry tear film, lens changes such as early cataract, retina or nerve issues: see eyeMD for exam to be sure all is ok.
