A member asked:

What are some not serious causes of ghosting around bright objects at night? i have health anxiety and eye floaters.

Refractive error : I'd say the most common and benign reason for ghosting/halos/glare/blur/ starring is a refractive error (nearsighted, astigmatism, farsighted). Dry eyes, corneal irregularities, and corneal scars, retinal abnormalities could be other causes. Floater are likely not the cause & are not visible at night. An examination by an eye MD would elucidate the cause.
