I have had lack of appetite, feeling of fullness, gurgling stomach, loose stool for 2 weeks now. no pain at all. doctor just gave me omeprazole but for me 2 weeks with this is too much. any thoughts?

Gatroenteritis: Two weeks of gurgling in stomach and loose stools suggest to me that you are suffering from an infectious condition of GI Tract called Gastroenteritis and usually gets better within 2to5 days if caused by viruses and sometimes with bacteria like E Coli,Shigela or Salmonela Since it is persisting for2 weeks it may be from parasites like Giardia or Ameba You can only diagnose by doing stool culture
