Ask your doctor: you are 23 years old and probably healthy so be suspicious of borderline findings. The MRI is a screening test and has to be interpreted in the light of other tests and your exercise tolerance and the initial indication for doing these very expensive tests. You need to address this to your doctor who has the whole picture.
