No: Our body requires water to support many of our metabolic needs. The latest high powered study that came out about a year ago shows that those who are active and drink close to 4L of water per day reduce their risk of chronic kidney disease later in life by a factor of 2.5! So you would be fine around or above 2L, especially at the age of 35. I drink close to 3L daily. Just don't go downing gallons

Not bad: Healthy kidneys should be able to handle 2 liters of water per day. If you are in good health and shape, this amount of water should be OK. Please note that drinking a lot of water should cause you to urinate more. If you feel you are not urinating a lot and you appear more "chubby" in the face, you should be checked out. Start with a good physical by your doctor, including electrolyte labs.

Drinking: You never said what you are drinking! If it is water that is fine if you are eating normally but if you are asking about alcohol or soda then I would say that is bad for you!

Clarify please!: 2 liters of what? Beer, water, soda, whisky? Knowing what it is makes a difference in the answer. So please specify.
