I have a bad soar throat. for 2 days i took 2 pills a day of zithromax, im taking the last two pills tomorrow. id like to drink alcohol, is it ok?

Not recommended: There is no direct interaction. However, it is possible that alcohol will affect the absorption of zithromax and will diminish your immune response. It is prudent and a common sense not to drink alcohol while on antibiotic medication.
