After a night of drinking my scalp hurts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Alcohol-vasodilator: As alcohol expands the blood vessels it could be from dilatation of blood vessels of the scalp and when too much vasodilatation occurs /if you are sensitive to alcohol in terms of vasodilatation the blood is flowing fast through the turgid dilated vs and making you to feel the burning probably. Also irritation of the nerves overall from alcohol /dilatation of intracranial vs can cause head ache
