Hair loss: I do not think that amount of water you drink is a problem. You need to see a dermatologist.

A few things: Itchy hair loss could be due to ezcema of the scalp. It is probably not due to lack of water intake. Consider using a different shampoo and conditioner. See a dermatologist.
