Why does my throat and stomach make growling noises, when i'm not hungry?

Normal: Your throat likely does not make the noise but is the normal digestive processes of your intestines and stomach. It is doing its daily job even if you are not eating or not hungry. Best wishes.

Stomach is active: the stomach is active almost all the time. Your intestines are working when you are asleep. The growling is just fluid /food and digestive juices doing their work as they transit the gastrointestinal system.
