Food log: You are 23 years old and note that when you are hungry you feel like you may vomit. The sensation for food is a survival mechanism. It is normal that your hunger makes you feel odd. Try using a food log and write down your breakfast lunch and dinner. Some food like protein take longer to digest and may curb your food desire. Carbohydrates may make it worse.
